Serve Pilot (operated by Tuberous Data IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) operates a multi-tenant cloud SaaS command center. We are committed to maintaining the highest security and confidentiality standards for your business data and guest records.
1. Data We Collect
We collect business identity details (Brand Name, GSTIN, Phone, Admin Email), transaction logs (Orders, Invoices, Payment Statuses), and guest folio records necessary to provide cloud POS, KDS, and Hotel PMS services.
2. Encryption & Storage
All tenant databases are logically isolated. Sensitive PII (Identity numbers, payment proof documents, access tokens) is encrypted at rest using AES-256 standards with separate encryption keyrings.
3. Zero Third-Party Monetization
We never sell, rent, or monetize your customer lists, sales records, or order patterns to any third-party marketing network. Your business data belongs strictly to you.
